				As part of our 11/4/2015 upgrades, current users will have to re-register for Home Banking. When logging onto the system for the first time, follow these easy steps:
			</p>
			<ul>
				<li>Access ID: Enter your Member Number</li>
				<li>Password: Use the last 6 digits of your Social Security #</li>
				<li>The system will automatically ask you to change your Password.</li>
				<li>Use a minimum of 8 characters in random sequence.</li>
				<li>You must use at least 1 lower-case letter, 1 number and 1 special character.</li>
				<li>You will then be asked to answer 5 security questions that will be used to verify your identity in the future.</li>

				All of your account history will be available in the new platform. Once you've logged onto the new platform, make sure all of your accounts are displayed, and make sure your personal information and preferences are set up properly. <em>Please note that any Account Alerts you've set up in the old system will not be available in the new Home Banking platform.</em>

				<p><strong>Bill Payer Benefits:</strong></p>
				<ul>
					<li>Account will be debited the same day the electronic payment is processed</li>
					<li>Payments can be sent as soon as next day for FREE and even same day for a small fee</li>
					<li>Ebills &ndash; ability to receive bills electronically from certain vendors. Bills will get automatically delivered to your Bill Payer</li>
				</ul>

				<p><strong>Mobile App:</strong></p>
				<ul>
					<li>Remote deposit capture &ndash; deposit your checks just by snapping a picture of it with your phone</li>
					<li>View pending transactions</li>
					<li>Send money to individuals through text message or email with Popmoney&reg;</li>
					<li>Text and alert banking</li>
				</ul>

			<p><strong>1: USER ID: Your temporary user ID will be your member number.</strong><br />
					If you have multiple membership numbers, you can enter any one of them; they will all be accessible once you login. You can change your User ID within the Settings menu once you are logged into Home Banking. <em>First time Home Banking users must click enroll now.</em>

			</p>
			<p><strong>2: PASSWORD: Your temporary password will be the last six digits of your social security number.</strong><br />
					Once you sign on, you will be prompted to change your password and create five new challenge questions. <em>First time Home Banking users must use their social security number.</em>
				</li>

				<strong>3: Enter the last six digits of your social security number in the Current Password box. Then enter a new, unique password in the New Password box and confirm it. Passwords must contain at least 8 and no more than 32 characters, both upper and lower case letters, at least one number and at least one special character (such as $ or # or @). As a security precaution, avoid using previous passwords.</strong>

				Click on Mobile to set up your mobile and text settings as well as find instructions on how to download the People's Alliance mobile app.

			<p>
				Retrieve any data you wish to keep from the current bill payment service. Print any payment history that you wish to maintain since it will no longer be accessible within the prior Bill Pay system as of November 4, 2015. To perform this process, proceed to Bill Pay and within an individual Payee click Options. Then click History to view the Payee history. Once in the Payee History, you can print or download for your records.
 			</p>
			<p>
				Most payees should transfer to the new service automatically; however, in rare cases, payees may not convert successfully. We encourage you to make a list of payees for your reference prior to November 4th.  
 			</p>
			<p>
				Review your payees and delete any that you no longer need.
			</p>

			<em>Current bill payment functionality will be unavailable.</em><br />

				<h3>Why is PAFCU changing the Online Banking System?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>We are committed to offering new ways to help our members manage their finances more easily. Our new Home Banking and Bill Payment systems offer more features, conveniences and control to members who wish to bank and pay bills online.</p>
					</div>
				<h3>When will the new Home Banking and Bill Payer be available?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>The new Home Banking and Bill Payment systems launch November 4, 2015. On your initial log in, your User ID will be your member number and your password will be changed to the last 6 digits of your social security number. At your initial log on, you will be prompted to change your password and set up five new challenge questions. <strong>When you initially login, you will not be prompted to change your User ID.</strong> Click on the Settings tab within Home Banking to change your User ID.</p>

				<h3>What is different about the new Home Banking and Bill Payer systems?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>The new Home Banking and Bill Payment systems offer new features to make banking and paying bills online easier and more convenient. These features include: </p>
						<ul>
							<li><strong>A new design.</strong> A clean new look that makes it easy for you to access the services you need.</li>
							<li><strong>Quick links.</strong> You can pay bills and make transfers in seconds.</li>
							<li><strong>Better communication with us.</strong> If you have a question about a specific transaction, you can communicate securely with our Member Support Center during normal banking hours to get it answered by simply clicking on the "inquiry" envelope next to the transaction in question.</li>
						</ul>
					</div>
				<h3>Will you convert my accounts to the new system?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>Yes. Your accounts will be migrated to the new system automatically.</p>
					</div>
				<h3>Do I have to re-register for the new Home Banking?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>No. Existing members do not have to register. You will, however, have to set up your enhanced security (challenge) questions.</p>
					</div>
				<h3>Will I use the same User ID and Password to access my accounts?</h3>
					<div>
						<ul>
							<li>No, Your User ID will be any of your member number. <strong>When you initially login, you will not be prompted to change your User ID.</strong> Click on the Settings tab within Home Banking to change your User ID.</li>
							<li>Your initial password will be the last six digits of your social security number; at your initial sign on you will be required to change it to your own unique password.</li>

				<h3>Is the new Home Banking platform still secure?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>Yes. We have added additional security with our new system. At your initial login you will be required to set up five security questions and multifactor authentication. If you log in from a new computer, you will be required to answer challenge questions to confirm your identity. </p>

				<h3>How can I manage multiple accounts on my login?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>When you login to Home Banking, you can click on Settings in the top right corner and create nicknames for accounts as well as "hide" them from view.</p>
					</div>
				<h3>Will my bill payees carry over after the conversion?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>All of your payees should transfer over; however, in rare cases, payees may not be converted successfully. We encourage you to make a list of payees for your reference prior to November 4, 2015.</p>
					</div>
				<h3>Will my bill payment history carry over after the conversion?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>Unfortunately, payment history will not carry over to the new system. Paid bills will appear in your account history, but not in Bill Payer. You can, however, retain bill payer history by downloading history to Quicken, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel or CSV file. We encourage you to download payment history as needed prior to November 4, 2015. To perform this process, proceed to Bill Pay and within an individual Payee click Options. Then click History to view the Payee history. Once in the Payee History, you can print or download for your records.</p>

				<h3>Will the new platform store bill payment history?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>Yes. Beginning November 4, 2015, the new system will build up bill payer history going forward. </p>
					</div>
				<h3>Will the new platform make any payments I have scheduled for after the conversion date?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>Yes, provided that we are able to convert the appropriate payees. We encourage you to review all of your payees and pending payments on November 4, 2015.</p>

				<h3>How do I get assistance?</h3>
					<div>
						<p>You can get assistance any number of ways. Starting November 4, 2015, Home Banking will offer secure communication with our online Member Service Center. This is ideal if you have a question about a particular transaction. You can also get assistance through easily accessible Help screens, or by calling our Member Support Center at <strong>(631) 434-3500 or (888) 268-2768</strong>.</p>
