I switched my entire banking relationship to PAFCU because of their friendly service and their willingness to help me rebuild my credit. PAFCU approved my credit builder loan the day after I applied and the rate is very low too! PAFCU cares about their members and is not commercialized like some other credit unions. I have been a member of the People’s Alliance Federal Credit Union for the last (24) years and, during that time, with any problems I may have had, I was always helped by courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable people. I’ve been extremely happy with PAFCU’s services and with the individuals with whom I have dealt over the years.

Recently, I needed to do a wire transfer and called the bank. The wire transfer form was immediately sent to me electronically, I printed and filled out the form, and sent it back The money was transferred the very next morning, with only a $20 fee. No muss, no fuss.

Three years ago, I bought a car through Enterprise at the Hauppauge office. As per all my dealings with PAFCU, the sale was accomplished quickly and I was able to drive the new car out of the lot, leaving my old car behind. I’ve been very happy with that purchase.
